Apartment is located in an excellent location close to 6th street and walking distance to Lady Bird Lake trial. Check in was easy and there is a concierge 24 hours a day in case you have questions. Host was very responsive and communicative. I will definitely book here next time I’m in Austin.

Kendall’s place was fantastic. From the start, they provided clear, helpful instructions for check-in and accessing the parking garage. The view is incredible, and the location is within walking distance of many great restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again.
My stay exceeded expectations! Perfect location for getting around downtown and only a 5-10 minute Uber from other areas, like East Austin. The building staff was extremely hospitable and kind, Kendall and his team were also very proactive and responsive through messaging. The room is located on a higher floor, so there was a quiet tranquility to the space even though downtown is loud/bustling. Bathroom and kitchen were impeccably clean along with the rest of the space. The complex is connected to a grocery store that is open until midnight which was very convenient! I wish I could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this place to others.
Great place. Amazing central location. Very clean. Very spacious. Much better price than elsewhere around there. Very comfortable beds. Great work station. Also, the lobby has a coffee machine, sparkling water machine, and a printer. All of this was very helpful for my stay. The only minus is there is quite a bit of reading for the check in instructions compared to a regular hotel and there is a $500 deposit (Ive seen this before but still a hassle). But I saved quite a bit of money by choosing this place so it is worth the hassle. I would stay there again for sure. Very very central location. Heart of Austin.
The building was fantastic — the location couldn’t have been better and the amenities really elevated the stay. The staff was friendly and professional throughout. The unit itself was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained — it genuinely felt like home. There’s also no shortage of things to do in the area, which made it even better. Janen and Kendall made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with anything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
